We can not be responsible for courier delays. If your tracking is not updating or your parcel is at customs. Please contact your courier immediately to find out more information.

Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed after 3 pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

In some countries you may be required to pay customs fees or taxes which are determined once a shipment reaches your home country and customs office. Taxes and duties are calculated by the courier and may need to be paid before you can receive your item.

Each country has its own charges. Please be aware of your country's import structure and fees/limitations. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information.

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your package by your local authorities. You will be responsible for paying these additional charges for customs clearance. Legally we must declare all items at their full price and cannot change this amount to lower customs fees.

If the parcel is undelivered due to customer refusal to pay import duties, we are not liable. Refusal to pay import duties does not mean that the parcel will be safely returned to us. We will only be able to refund your purchase if and when the parcel is returned to us. The refusal process can attract significant returns fees, which will be deducted from the return value.

Note that duties and taxes are non-refundable. 

If your package is “refused” or “unclaimed” at customs this may result in your parcel being destroyed.

We are only able to refund your order once we receive it.

We are not responsible for any charges that may occur during the return process, if charges are applied this will be deducted from your refund amount.

yasemin bibin IMAGINE ships worldwide from the UK, Turkey and India. 

We use different logistics carriers depending on destination. You will receive a tracking notification by email once your order is shipped, including a link to select your personal delivery preferences (if available). Please see your confirmation email or visit your account to follow your tracking.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if your order is damaged please contact us at info@yaseminbibin.com within 30 days of the delivery date represented in your tracking information. After this amount of time we will not be able to assist further.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, return fees are the responsibility of the customer yasemin bibin IMAGINE does not supply return labels. 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and swimwear. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We do not offer exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please note: Original shipping charges and duties and taxes are non-refundable. Any duty and tax charges noted on your original order confirmation are non-refundable. 

yasemin bibin IMAGINE is not liable for the loss of garments during transit. The customer must dispute this with their own courrier. We advise you to use a tracked service to be safe.

If garments are returned without their original bags or tags, they will be subject to a restocking fee at £5 per item.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your parcel is rejected at customs by you, due to a change in mind, and duties and taxes are incurred we have the right to deduct these fees from your refund.

Rejected parcels are noted as ‘Return to Sender’ by couriers and can take up to 3 months to return. yasemin bibin IMAGINE can not process any refunds until your return has reached us safely and in its original state. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We take great care in sourcing our materials in natural fibres. Our silk garments are 100% pure silk. Our plant based fabrics are Satin, Modal, Viscose, Cotton and Silk Cotton.

We use polyester blend fabrics in our swimwear, which we are working towards finding a more sustainable option.

Our woven items are produced in Northern India at Delhi region. The entire pre and post processing of digital printing and fabric sourcing is done at the same facility. Our jersey fabrics are sourced and made in Turkey at Istanbul region in a small factory that produces all finishings in house.

We hold sales twice a year. Additionally we hold exclusive offers and extra discounts to our subscribers. Please subscribe to our newsletter to receive notification when a sale is about to start.

yasemin bibin IMAGINE releases very limited stock, once an item is sold out it usually does not come back. In some rare cases we may restock our most wanted and classic pieces.

When a pre-order item is released it means that we will be restocking that item or occasianlly, we will offer an option for you to purchase a piece of exclusive clothing, before it sells out.

Pre-orders must be paid in full, and your complete order will dispatch when the pre-order item is in stock.
