ORDER PROCESS

yasemin bibin IMAGINE ships worldwide from the UK, Turkey and India.

We use different logistics carriers depending on destination. You will receive a tracking notification by email once your order is shipped, including a link to select your personal delivery preferences (if available). Please see your confirmation email or visit your account to follow your tracking.

We offer free shipping to orders over £100 to UK and EU customers on all orders over £150, and free worldwide shipping on orders over £300

Orders shipped outside the UK may take longer to arrive. if you have an urgent requirement please contact us directly at info@yaseminbibin.com to find out if your order will arrive on time.

UK: £5 / 1-2 business days

USA: £15 / 5-10 business days

EU: £15 / 5-10 business days

Rest of World: £17 / 5-10 business days

Please note these delivery time frames are guidelines and shipping times may vary depending on specific locations and seasonal periods.

We can not be responsible for courier delays. If your tracking is not updating or your parcel is at customs. Please contact your courier immediately to find out more information.

If your package is lost during transit or damaged, a minimum of 21 days from the most recent tracking update is required before the courier can provide the final update and we can investigate further.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if your order is damaged please contact us at info@yaseminbibin.com within 30 days of the delivery date represented in your tracking information. After this amount of time we will not be able to assist further.
